Transport yourself into a magical fairytale and prepare for an unforgettable experience. For our savory menu, we offer a lunch and dinner featuring some traditional dishes as well as our signature quiche and chicken salade. Our menu changes seasonally and everything on our menu is house made from scratch daily with our commitment to the highest quality and ingredients. Our full bar offers signature cocktails, Champagne and beer. Delicious three-layer cakes, as well as cheesecakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts fill our elegantly designed display case and are served daily. Gwendolyn's Cake Bake Shop's have become the destination of Indianapolis for celebrating all life's special occasions.

    It’s definitely worth going at least once if you’re in the area. Especially if you have kids- they loved the experience and obviously the cake.

    Too warm in restaurant. Timing of appetizers and entrees was poor. Too much stuff on table. Had to constantly jockey plates around

    Very disappointing. We have been several times for lunch or just cake and coffee, but never dinner. My quiche tasted reheated and my husband’s pasta dish tasted like something had been scorched. My cake seemed either old or it was frosted when it was still warm. The icing between the layers did not hold up and it was just mush. Our server did tell the manager and he offered to bring my husband something else. We were not charged for his dish, which was nice. Overall it was disappointing.

    We had a great experience on our first visit to CBS. We loved the food and our server was very good. The waiting area is VERY tiny for the size of the restaurant which makes it very uncomfortable. I would also recommend adding a dessert "sampler" to the menu. If you don't live close and can't come often it's disappointing that you cannot try more items.
