A delicious dining experience is always on the menu at Calabash Beach Bistro, where we pair fresh, flavorful cuisine with breathtaking ocean views. We're open daily and overlook the fabulous Maxwell Beach, which along with the tropical gardens at Bougainvillea Barbados, inspires our comfy, beach-chic look.

Amazing place. Ambiance was great with lovely entertainment which was very relaxing. The service was top notch and the food absolutely delicious, would highly recommend 😋

Good food but let down by very slow surly service, saved by a young man who did his best to make up for the other female servers. When we had literally just finished our Prawn Curry and were then asked to leave the table before being offered desserts let alone even see the menu! We still had half a bottle of wine on the table as well. It was a shame as it was our last night and a special occasion. I feel that lack of management and attention to detail was to blame so hesitate to recommend the restaurant.

Ate here several times as we stayed in the adjoining hotel. Reasonable range of options for each meal of the day, attentive service. Good quality music-based entertainment offered for some meal sittings.

This was my 1st time visiting this restaurant and I was pleased with my decision. The atmosphere was nice, the food was great and the employees were extremely friendly.

Nice sitting along beach, however the food was too expensive for the size of the portions! (3 spare ribs @ 80 Bbd) Seafood risotto was also small.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet during the week we stayed at Bougainvillea Resort. The staff at Calabash Bistro were all very welcoming and accommodating. They had a good variety of food for breakfast including fresh fruit, omelettes and pancakes of different type throughout the week. Bacon was not in the buffet every day but they happily cooked some up for us to enjoy and coconut pancakes were delicious. Also had dinner a couple of nights and overall the food was good. Had one dinner, snapper which was the catch of the day, that was mediocre but the rest were very good.
