Had a lovely decadent tea service - but disappointed with the sound levels. Could hear conversations around us. The settings look intimate and cozy - but are not. With all the beautiful pink marble sound bounces around the room a LOT. Also, they didn’t have my first choice of tea - the Genmai Cha.

I come quite often after 5pm for the champagne room. This was my first time doing afternoon tea and I can’t wait to come again! Gluten free options were also available. Ask for Tyler, he’s an incredible server!

My daughter and I went for afternoon tea and it was amazing. She has multiple food allergies and the staff completely accommodated her and she felt very safe, and got to experience the tea in it's entirety. It was a wonderful experience for us.

It was a rare occasion that we were the only reservation for that time slot, we had an amazing time. Aimee was our tea tender and she was great, so patient and informative about how to read over the menu of teas. She explained the process and made it a great experience. I took my husband, who when I offered up this idea for tea, was all but thrilled. Before we left he said thank you for inviting him to something he very much enjoyed but had not intended to. We were both delighted at the different take on the little hand foods served and the pistachio blueberry tart was amazing!

Tea with Santa was a fun holiday experience. My 3 and 6 year old really enjoyed the Santa. He spent a lot of time chatting with each child and adult. The food I sampled was tasty!
