   We arrived on time for a 6:15 reservation at a standard indoor table. At 6:30, the hostess led us to an outdoor table, and when we explained we had a reservation for an indoor table and asked about other open tables, we were rudely told that they were being held for other reservations. We had to wait another 10 minutes to be sat at a table with arctic air conditioning blowing on us. Otherwise, the waitress and food servers were very nice.

   We had a reservation to sit on the patio and waited about 20 minutes to be sat due to them ‘cleaning the table’. Once we sat down, we were helped by someone who seemed to be a manager, who got us an appetizer, but we ever actually was greeted by a waitperson the entire time we were there. Keep in mind, though, we saw about 3-4 waitstaff just pass us by repeatedly but never made contact with us. After another 20ish minutes, I said screw this and went to pay for my appetizer so we could leave. I have other things to say, but I’ll hold back now…but what I will say is I won’t be going back to your establishment. Don’t accept reservations if the result is going to be crappy service.

   Hostess was friendly upon arrival. The food and beverage experience was good. The service was slow and not very attentive. We had to ask several time for drink refreshes, water service and the food came out very staggered. Also, we had a party of 5 and some of the appetizers are for 3 to 4 guests max. We wish the server would have recommended additional upsells. Not sure we will go back to this location.

   Our server could’ve been better. He took forever to come to our table once we were seated to take our drink order. As from that our dinning experience was great.

   1. Food. Good overall; I had a salad with roasted chicken (next time I'll order the regular chicken - this was a crunchy piece of chicken from a package, cut into strips). Wife had excellent Fettucine Alfredo, and the other couple had pizzas and salad (lunch special) which they liked. We were among the first guest in the restaurant, but service was iffy from the start. It seemed they only had two servers, and things got really busy fast. We had to walk to the bar and request water refills and other service. That was a downer. The place has stone floors and high ceilings, and the music was deafening. We could hardly talk to our friends. We will try Cane Rosso again but we will sit on the patio next time, on a nice day. Yesterday was too cold for that, but inside is no bueno in our opinion.

   I’ve eaten at other locations, but won’t be coming back to this one. Hostess was very nice and helped accommodate our party and get us settled. Waiter was young and nice, but several missteps spoiled the dining experience. We made it very clear to him no parmesan on anything and then special ordered the Brussels appetizer with no ricotta cheese . The pizzas came out fine (and before the app) but when the Brussels were delivered, they were covered in parmesan. (This was also not a listed ingredient on the menu). I pointed this out and he just said the order was right with no ricotta and left. To make matters worse, a few of us ordered a Frose’ and two of the drinks came half full while the others filled to the top. Pizza tasted great but very inconsistent service.
