                                      Didn't live up to the hype. Was hoping this would be a hidden gem, but it was overpriced food with minimal flavor. At about $40/dish I shouldn't need to touch the salt or pepper. The service is excellent, but the restaurant itself is too noisy to hear across the table. I have been to many restaurants of the same and higher caliber and this one just misses the mark. I would say, take your money to Le Colonial. Same price point, classier ambience, and flavor.

                                      Ordered the She-crab soup but it was not really warm. I think the recipe was changed. It used to be better. Our server was flat, not engaging, and her demeanor was not typical for Canoe

                                      Unique dining experience! I went to Canoe with some colleagues on a work trip. Food was amazing. We shared the Peppercorn Kangaroo as an appetizer. The environment was great and a perfect level for chatting.

                                      Another memorable experience at Canoe! Attentive and gracious service from Miranda! Kangaroo appetizer was excellent. Satisfying and creative Cod / pasta/ chowder and Duck burger/ truffle fries entrees and a surprising chocolate/ cherry desert! Will be back!
