For parties of 8 or more, we offer a Large Party Prix Fixe menu: a multi-course, family-style experience which features dishes from our seasonal menu, and is the best way to dine at Canon with a larger group. This menu is priced at $72 per person (not including gratuity, tax, dessert or beverages) and the entire party must be included. Where possible, we will accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, and of course, you are welcome to add on extra dishes from our dinner menu.

The best food and educated instructions on pairings; we always love the food and atmosphere here. Katie and Zach were incredible. We came in 11/8 for our anniversary and they both took such kind care of us. The hostess, Emily, was also wonderful. Canon has all the best things about Sacramento

I felt very well taken care of and the wait staff and hosts were very attentive and we never had to wait for anything for long. An excellent meal and night out for sure.

Canon is a special place for my partner and me. It’s our favorite restaurant in Sacramento, and we always go for special occasions. If we weren’t trying to be better about cooking at home more, we’d be here every week!
