   I love eating at Capri! I eat there regularly and always feel comfortable knowing I’m getting consistently well prepared and presented Italian food. The atmosphere is warm and very inviting wrapped around an open kitchen with a professional staff to serve you. I would normally give it 5 stars across but it is the Holidays crowds and it was packed. The kitchen was backed up, food came out late, but hot and fresh, and service was a little slow. We all understood!

   It was one of the most disappointing meals I have had- the service was horrible- requests were completely ignored. The staff seemed to never have waited tables before. The bread was literally frozen in the middle. The salmon was raw. The salad was so horribly overdressed and served in large pieces that were difficult to cut- radicchio is usually cut into smaller pieces. The pizzas were completely soggy in the middle. We ordered truffle on one of the pizzas and you could not taste it at all. The pasta with shrimp had a shrimp head without any shrimp attached to it and the shrimp in the pasta was tiny cut up pieces that seemed to have been thrown in from another dish and it was way too much red sauce. The only items that were decent were the bottle of wine, the pasta with ragu and the zucchini pasta dish. The bill was close to $500 and even though we voiced our complaints to the manager, nothing was reduced on the bill. I have shopped at Eataly many times and eaten at Terra many times and food and service have always even excellent. This meal at Capri is hands down one of the worst meals I have ever had- such a disappointment!! We will never eat there again.

   Amazing food done to perfection. The service was great. The only downside was the cluster and disorganized hostess area. They need to be more clear about what line is for waitlist and reservations. Ali’s the hostess showed her frustration and she needed some extra help. We’d definitely return but maybe not for a Saturday night dinner. Our favorite Eataly so far is Las Vegas.

   Food is amazing. Staff is friendly and it is a cool place to hang out. I have already been back several times. You will not be disappointed

   Hi. You can do the shopping part it that facility, but please don’t waste your money on Capri ! Their food is not even close to an Italian gourmet food, but don’t worry their pricing are ! Their pasta doesn’t look as supposed to be and their Mediterranean branzino was very fishy as well.

   Lemon pasta is awesome. Have to get that and I also got the octopus for the main. We dined there for lunch and was pretty quiet. The service was decent but didn’t feel anything special. Would try there for dinner for a better ambience but I’m sure there’s a line. The price is pretty high, but you can taste the quality of food and cooking. Will try again.
