Inspired by the literal “captain’s quarters” of 17th century ships, guests will be transported to a luxurious and moody adventure on the high seas. Captain’s Quarters will feature a star cocktail list devoted to various explorations in gin cocktails. For non gin lovers, Beverage Director, Eric Johnson has put his innovative twist on various cocktails concocted with Rum, Mezcal, Bourbon, Tequila and Vodka as well as a small beer and wine selection. In addition to fine spirits, SDCM Executive Chef, Brian Redzikowski has put together an adventurous yet approachable menu which will range from elevated tidbits such as Manchego-Prosciutto “Sandwiches”, Burrata Donuts & Papa's Braves to more substantial fare including Captains Quarters own Double Double. Captain's Quarters kitchen closes at 10PM. Walk in's only after 10PM for Beverage Service. Walk-ins available for Dinner Service based on availability but Reservations Recommended.

This place was so fun! Everything from the ambience, to the food and drinks was outstanding! Can't wait to go back!

Service was a little slow but overall nice experience. It’s a kind of one and done though

Bartender got us first round of drinks and did not check on us for over an hour, was difficult to get his attention as well

Amazing staff! Amazing food and perfect ambiance! The fried pickles and gordidta crunch were wow! Beautiful place and it really felt like it took us away to a vacation spot. Loved it all.

We went for happy hour on a Sunday at 5:00. It had just opened. By 6:00 it was almost full. The bartender we talked with was very friendly and recommended some very tasty drinks. The Papas Bravad we ordered were good but nothing special.

Such a disappointment. We were sat at the seat facing the constantly opening door that ruined the ambiance along with the rap music that totally ruined the atmosphere. I made a reservation here to celebrate my anniversary and put that in the notes including that we are getting married in the notes to make it special for my partner. Our server Chloe was training but had someone overseeing her yet we felt passed over and rushed out. Not once was our anniversary acknowledged... I wasn't expecting anything free but, no acknowledgement or congratulations. I am mortified and embarrassed. Please don't waste your time or money for a mediocre and expensive experience.

First time going. We were excited about having popcorn, but the machine was broken so that was a bummer. Got there fairly early in the evening and loved it later during our stay. The music got louder and was more hip-hop oriented, which was not as appealing and didn’t really match the vibe the place. Will check it out again and be sure to go early.

We had the most memorable and incefibke experience! Austin took brilliant and practiced care of us—his Dealer’s Choice drink, incoming an elote liqueur, was GOD TIER. Just an incredible experience. We can’t wait to return!
