Caramella Italian Restaurant & Lounge, a collaboration between Caesars Entertainment and Tao Group Hospitality, debuts at Planet Hollywood. Designed by Fettle, the space channels 1970s Italy, featuring a velvet vestibule, Murano glass chandeliers, a candy shop with Italian treats, and a hidden lounge with a mosaic DJ booth.                                                                                           Dinner with our party of 8 was great! Delicious drinks, salads, appetizers, and entrees. Standouts were the ceasar salad, cheesy garlic bread, pasta, and steak. Great service. View, and a tour of the secret lounge. Excellent meal all around!

                                                                                          レストランはカジノの2階にあり、到着するのが難しい。レストランの中はそれなりに広い。メニューは一般的なアメリカのイタリアンである。料理も取り立てて美味しい訳ではなく、少し濃い味の一般的なアメリカ風イタリアンである。長いパスタがなく、ショートパスタしかないのは、物足りない。

                                                                                          I stay at Planet Hollywood 5-6 times a year, and was delighted to see that the stalwart Tao folks had just re-purposed this space with a new concept, retro-upscale Italian. Perused their very appealing menu and had to try it last night. The staff was very welcoming, eager to show off their new joint, including a speakeasy deal (no, the tourists still cannot get enough of all that, but it is very nice), and patio overlooking the strip (brava!). I kept it pretty simple with the king crab scampi (superb) and the spicy tomato penne (perfect, with just the right amount of heat). If you like dirty martinis, you gotta try their "Dirty Caramella," to which they add a few drops of basil oil (!), so good! Beautiful, intimate dining room, they did it up right. Highly recommend.

                                                                                          Veal Parmigiano Meatballs, Crispy Porchetta (with pickled jalapeño chimichurri) and the Calamari Fritto appetizers were outstanding. The Griiled & Fire Roasted Branzino was a hit as was the Chilean Sea Bass Picatta. Both were prepared perfectly. Servers were attentive and extremely polite. Pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend. Nice to have an Italian option on Caesars properties again. We will return.

                                                                                          Highly recommend. We had a party of 8 and we received superior service. Among the group, dishes of steak, chicken, pasta, and lamb were ordered and all exceeded our expectations. Portions are adequate. The atmosphere is delightful. Everyone left happy!

My reservation was at 945, and we got there around nine fifty five, and luckily, they said that the last seating was at ten, so they let us in anyway after being a little bit late because of traffic. i've, I had the cavitali Bolognese and I really enjoyed the textures as somebody who enjoys certain textures and food. I really enjoy the way it felt in my mouth. My mother had the pork chops. And my boyfriend had a form of pasta with an italian bacon on top.All of this came out $249, and we left a cash tip. the waiter that served us. His name was Chris and he was super nice. He made the best jokes and kept his company during our dinner. Because we're pretty alone inside of the restaurant because they were closing. The ambiance is amazing. It's very old vegas and swanky.It feels like I am in the restaurant Scarface was sitting in when he seen his future wife dancing. they do have seating, very similar to the movie.As well, a booth against the wall. my mother ordered 2 drinks. She ordered the Maria and the hustle. Both were amazing as somebody who doesn't really like to drink alcohol. The hustle did not taste like any of the sort. It literally tasted like a bitter fruit juice as if you're drinking cranberry juice, which I really enjoyed. My mother liked the maria, which add a chamoy rimdip. We didnt grab desert but I took AMAZING pictures inside of the venue.

                                                                                          Such a fun new concept, loved the vibe - food was amazing, drinks were great too, but felt there could be more variety in wine options - cocktails were lovely, but on the pricey side (even for Vegas!). Service was very good, everyone was super friendly & helpful. Outside view was pretty cool too. Definitely recommend & will return.

The food was excellent..a good variety of choices, I highly recommend the giant shrimp! Service was great and a shout out to Isaac E, our server, who guided us through the menu and answered our many questions. I will definitely go back!
