Caramella Italian Restaurant & Lounge, a collaboration between Caesars Entertainment and Tao Group Hospitality, debuts at Planet Hollywood. Designed by Fettle, the space channels 1970s Italy, featuring a velvet vestibule, Murano glass chandeliers, a candy shop with Italian treats, and a hidden lounge with a mosaic DJ booth. Guests can also enjoy a terrace offering stunning views and a one-of-a-kind dining experience on the Las Vegas Strip. Find your sweet spot at Caramella!

    First visit. Came because the reviews were great. Did not disappoint. My husband and ai shared an arugula and fennel salad. He had the chicken parm and I had the sea bass piccata. All was excellent! We both would come back. Only complaint is that the tables were quite small for 2 people and spaced a little tight.

    Great food for our first night of our trip. Rigatoni alla Gricia was light and flavorful. Stuffed chicken parm tasty.

    The view is absolutely amazing! The service was ok but could use some work. The Meatballs were great the garlic cheese bread was delicious the Caesar salad was horrible it tasted like vinegar, was definitely not like a Caesar our waiter took it off our bill thank goodness! Overall experience was ok but won’t be going back! This is the second Tao restaurant (Cathedral) that has disappointed us!!

    Food and service were terrible! We waited 10min at our table with no service. Ordered a bottle of wine, it came another 10 minutes later, and was a white wine and it wasn’t chilled, was just cool. Dinner was tasteless, no salt and pepper on table. Asked for salt and pepper, and a dish was brought out with salt and pepper but not shakers. No cheese to sprinkle on pasta dishes and all around just tasteless. For a large at the end of over $200, it was a terrible experience from start to finish.

    The pork and cheese mash potatoes very good, sea bass was bland and expensive for portion size. Staff was very good.

    Food and service were very good. Do not park in self park. It was ridiculous to find within the labyrinth of Planet Hollywood. The difficufinding the restaurant impacted our overall experience.
