    The experience was nice and I’ll go back soon. The staff was pleasant and the food was delicious and plentiful. I feel the place is very exuberant and the atmosphere is appealing. Great night

    I don’t even know where to start with this disaster of a dining experience. It’s honestly unbelievable how bad this was. First, I have heard so many amazing things about Carbone and Vino, I was so excited to reserve a table for my birthday and explore what all the hype was about. It was the perfect intimate setting to share with my loved one on my special day but let’s talk about the pizza. It came out looking like a piece of charcoal. The crust was so burnt, it could’ve been mistaken for a tire. Every bite tasted like licking an ashtray, and it wasn’t even the “crispy” kind of burnt — it was the "we forgot about it in the oven" kind of burnt. How does anyone mess up pizza that badly? Then came the bread. You’d think bread is easy to get right, right? WRONG. The loaf was severely burnt as well, and I was barely able to take a bit before the overwhelming flavor of burnt bread overwhelmed my taste buds. Every time I took a bite, I had to choke it down with water, but that barely helped. I’m still trying to figure out how they managed to burn something as simple as bread. And to top it off, the waiter brought a single birthday candle on a plate that fell over and almost set the table on fire! I know the waiter was trying for it to be a nice gesture. It was like a slap in the face after my horrific meal experience. No dessert or scoop of gelato literally just a candle on a plate. The candle fell over and was dripping hot wax over the plate and it was just embarrassing dinning experience. I would love to give this establishment another shot because of all the hype but not at my expense. All of this ruined my birthday celebration.

It’s upsetting to hear that both the pizza and bread did not meet the standards we strive for. This is not the typical feedback we receive from our pizza and bread and not sure if this was ever sent back or comped by management? We currently do not offer complimentary desserts for special occasions, and I apologize for the candle mishap as well. I can assure you that our pizzas are quite popular amongst our guests and I'd be happy to take care of a complimentary pizza on your next visit or similarly priced item as well as a choice of dessert.     Took a very long time to be attended and food was spaced out by 20 min per each course. Very loud and crowded. Food was good, but overpriced for what it was.

    Carbone has excellent food, but extremely poor customer service. We waited almost an hour for a table we had a reservation for. They told us to wait in the crowded bar area while they prepared the table. We arrived at 8, sat by 9, ate by 10, and left by 11. Horrible birthday dinner. I would not return after this experience.

    First off, great food and service. There are two valets, one for tango room and the other for carbone, we accidentally used the one for tango, but the valet didn’t make an issue of it and took the car anyways. Upon entering, there truly is no difference between carbone and vino other than limited menu and decoration. The “two different restaurants” are split by large potted / fake plants. I suppose the distinction allows for quicker service (for what is known as an already slow spot) either way the food was good. Bar is a typical mainstream bar. If you are a tequila aficionado, best they have is Lalo (from what I saw from my seat without getting up and studying the bar) and if you are reading this, 1942 and Clase Azul is NOT good tequila. But their wine list is expansive. If you’re in to that. We took a pizza to go for Super Bowl Sunday. Our waitress, who I think was named Mackenzie was amazing. And our bar back / second server was a Hispanic female that was also very attentive. Also, don’t let the “business casual” dress code listed fool you. There were people there with fresh off the golf course attire, men with By Way of Dallas bomber jackets and jeans / collar shirt throughout. Just don’t look messy and you should be fine getting in.

    This was such an awful birthday dinner. We made a reservation for 8:15 and still waited 45min. The service was so slow and the food was so salty. Our food was dropped off and we didn’t see our server for 20min to even tell her that the food was too salty to eat and we wanted it re-prepared. I also told them it was my birthday, and they didn’t even bring a candle with whipped cream out - and 3 tables next to us got that treatment. It was a total let down. Overpriced . Extremely salty spicy vodka sauce and super salty meat sauce. We asked to talk to the manager very respectfully and she lacked empathy and resolution. It ruined my birthday. We all left hungry and upset at 11pm
