Enjoy a wonderful dining experience with family or friends at Carelli's. Owner Greg Carelli with help from his father Gene wanted to offer guests authentic Italian cuisine in a contemporary setting that features a large open flame fireplace, mosaic tiles, natural Birch woods, and warm lighting. An appetizer of fresh mozzarella and Beefsteak tomato caprese, lightly breaded calamari or lamb artichoke meatballs will please the palate at Carelli's. Guests can dine on baked jumbo shells stuffed with spinach and ricotta , the classic chicken parmigiana or shrimp scampi. Artisanal pizza, calzones, and paninis. Awsome Gluten-free options are also available.

Carelli's was the winner of the Daily Camera Reader's Choice 2002-2020 award for Best Italian Restaurant and ambiance. It also has won awards from the Denver Post and Boulder Weekly magazines. It has an awesome bar scene and an extensive wine list. Carelli's restaurant features daily fresh fish specials.

This is a great old-school, but thoroughly modern Italian restaurant. This was not our first visit; we had been here before and considered it a special place. We have traveled extensively, so we have had a chance to experience many places across the USA. This establishment is at the top of its class. Great food, excellent service, lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

We've been to Carellis several times in the past year or two, and I can honestly say I have yet to really enjoy a meal there -regardless of the category. Pasta, risotto, seafood or veal etc. Pasta has been watery and overcooked, risotto has been ‘soupy', veal was slippery and tasteless. The prices are high for the quality of the food. So yes, very disappointed

Everything was first rate from the moment we walked into the restaurant until the moment we had finished our meal. Our waitress was very professional, friendly and helpful. We had three different meals and each one was hot and tasty. I can’t wait to go back!!

Must have been wn off night. Two of our five dishes were inedible. Usually it is very good. It was a super disappointing dinner. The only thing that saved it was our server. She was professional, personable and just great at her job.

It was out first experience at Carelli's. Overall it was a decent experience, our server was very good and took care of us quiet well. The food was nothing extra ordinary as compared to most Italian restaurants. Not a bad option for first time, not sure about repeating it.
