This location is inside of a hotel and casino. I’m sure that drives the prices and the climate control. Staff was very friendly, the food was good, and the Cadillac margaritas were delicious. I didn’t like the salsa, and the tortilla chips were cold. All in all, this is a good place to have dinner. You may want to bring a sweater or jacket.

We had a party of 10 and the server took excellent care of, even ensuring we made good use of happy hour last call! Food was excellent and we all had a blast! Thanks a bunch!

While in Las Vegas we went to Carlos and Charlie’s for dinner. We were seated quickly The food was great and so were the cocktails. The service was great. Can’t wait to go back. This is a favorite place for us.

First mexican restaurant that didn't give free chips. Red sauce is very strong and overtakes the meal. Hamburger was burnt.

We had a party of 20 to celebrate my daughter’s 21st Birthday. Great spot with amazing service thanks to AJ. He was great and I would ask for him by name. The whole staff was awesome. Food was actually REALLY good. The mic plate appetizer was fantastic, taquitos, tacos. All delicious not to mention table side guac. I am sure people have had bad experiences but I eat out a lot and food and service as well as value were off the charts.

Everything was delicious particularly the ceviche Acapulco but portion size for fajitas was unusually small. We ordered the mix of steak and chicken. Very heavy on the vegetables and 3 pieces of chicken, 4 pieces of steak. The bottom of the pan was barely covered.
