   Visited Carluccio's Dawson Street for a quick bite before going to a show. My friend and I shared the bruschetta with tomatoes to start and then she had the seabass fillets and I had the pasta special the Penne Giardinieri and both were very good, hot and tasty. A glass of wine each (both ok) and we were done - and happy with what we had. Very efficient being shown to our table bang on time on arrival and then a very efficient and friendly waitress, No complaints at all!

   Was given the wrong main course but I did not mind as I have been there before and the food is so tasty indeed. Will be back again for sure and would recommend to everyone. The staff are very polite and great at their job too.

   I have been here before and it has been much better. The staff were under a lot of pressure and it felt like there was not enough people working. The service was very slow throughout the evening. The food was very slow to arrive and cold when it arrived, but the bottom of each pizza was burnt. Overall it was disappointing for the cost.

   This review is only for the breakfast. We have had the Xmas dinner option and it was very good at all levels. Very disappointed for breakfast, hot drinks served far too early, asked for an Americano and got a double espresso with warm milk. Poached eggs overcooked, stodgy and lukewarm Hollandaise.
