   Had a lovely late lunch with friends and we must say the food fresh and Delicious. We shared some antipasti boards for starters which were amazing. My husband had the seafood risotto which went down very well and I enjoyed the goats cheese salad. We will be back. Vicki

   My wife’s allergies were handled superbly. Thank you. The special cooked breakfast seems to have got smaller and no longer comes with sausage or bacon. Food tastes great but not good value based on the lack of variety in the cooked breakfast.

   We went for the Valentines Day lunch which was wonderful, as always. I ordered the Valentines chocolate box on line when booking. I was hoping the chocolates would arrive at our table as a surprise for my wife. When I mentioned chocolates at the end of our meal our waitress had no idea what I was talking about and brought a senior colleague who also had no clue. Eventually he found the item and shew it to me on his phone and said I needed to order it as an extra, which I had done. So no surprise, eventually they said there will be no charge for the chocolates - which was kind, but the moment had passed. Staff training on 'specials' would be the way forward.

   A visit to Carluccios is always enjoyable. The food is freshly cooked and consistently delicious. Our breakfast today was delicious and the service impeccable. All the staff are very friendly yet professional. We enjoyed it so much that we are going again tomorrow 😊

   The service from ALL staff was excellent. Every member of the team were attentive. Our waitress was fantastic, extremely attentive and very helpful. The food was delicious too, I particularly enjoyed my sweet! Well done Colchester Team.

   The food was as good as ever, there was a bit of a delay as the place was packed! Service is friendly.
