    The service was excellent, from arriving to being served - Beth was fantastic, lovely smile, welcoming and engaging. We did not have any waiting time so perfect. The Starters were great, especially the Antipasti sharing platter. The Main courses were very good too. Overall a lovely dining experience

    …we frequently visit this restaurant for lunch and will continue to do so because of the consistency of good service and food quality !

    My granddaughter's food was delicious, however I was very disappointed to find that it wasn't possible to accommodate my medical dietary requirement of low-fat food. I initially requested a salad with no dressing and a grilled chicken breast, I didn't think this would be too hard. But I was told I would have to have one of the set meals just without the fatty foods (eg roast potatoes) and then was informed it wasn't possible to do an unbreadcrumbed chicken, I would have to have the (amended) parmesan ham and chicken dish which was more expensive. I agreed to this as I realised I was asking for a favour in effect. I was very surprised though to receive just a chicken breast (very tasty) and some salad, no boiled potato or any other vegetable. Again, I understand that they were responding to my request but I was astounded to be charged the full price (£17.50). I still tipped - it wasn't the waitress's fault - but I had been confident that in a kitchen where they prepare the food it would be possible to meet my needs. I'm now wondering just how much is pre-prepped and how little actual cooking takes place. It's a shame as I love Carluccio's food and was sorry not to be able to eat my favourites. My granddaughter's Seafood Linguine was delicious. I just felt a little exploited!

    Love The Carluccious Meadowhall restaurant. It’s clean light and airy and set back from the noise and bustle of the shopping lanes. I go regularly for lunch with my elderly Mum and sister who both have mobility issues. The staff are so lovely. They always find us a suitable table for the wheelchair. The menu is great and varied. With plenty of choice for small lighter meals or something more substantial.The food is always tasty hot and served quickly and beautifully presented. Quite often there are promotions on the food which makes the food very good value. Also, their house ted wine is delicious. Thank you Carluccious.
