Here at Carluccio's, we’ve always been true to our Italian heritage and what food really means to us. The best ingredients, from the best regions, cooked with love.

We’re the ideal place to visit for lunch during a shopping trip. With the marina just a few minutes away, why not stop off after a long walk along the waterfront and enjoy authentic Italian food in comfortable surroundings.

We’re open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday to Sunday. Our menu caters to vegetarians/vegans and those who are following a gluten-free diet.

    Disappointed with the final Bill as we had thought we were being charged the valentine menu price but when the Bill came we discovered a very strange creative accounting which meant we were charged more than anticipated. Not very transparent and has left me with a poor opinion of the restaurant chain. The first open table booking that I had to leave a negative comment. I don’t think Carlucio would be very happy

    Waitress was very friendly but did not inform us that they were out of pizza dough before sitting us at our table. We did order a starter and some drinks, the chef also gave us some desserts free of charge which was very kind. We are looking forward to returning and hopefully having the meal we had expected. Overall the food we did have was lovely but it would’ve been helpful to be told there was no pizza dough before sitting us at our table.

    All 3?meals were good, but all were warm and not hot: a shame as otherwise an enjoyable lunch. The sirloin steak was of a high standard. The bottle of wine sold at a fair price was enjoyed. Service here is always pleasant.

    I'm a regular at Southampton, love their food – today was no different, it was great. But the service? Awful. No manager in sight and our waiter was unpleasant, bordering on rude, especially when I asked for the bill and forgot to mention my 50% discount. Then I saw him across the room, throwing the bill in the bin and making rude gestures! Being in customer service myself, that was really uncomfortable.

    Nice friendly welcome on arrival. Very good service throughout. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals. One member of our group arrived late but staff dealt with this very professionally - and managed to take her order as soon as she arrived.

    This is our favourite lunch venue in West Quay. Great food, welcoming warm-hearted staff and lovely and clean

    Lovely family meal. Food was very good and kids loved it. Great pizza. Overall very good, service was friendly and helpful and we will definitely come back.
