   I have given a 3 because 2 of our party really liked the pizza. The spaghetti was very average. I can honestly say my spaghetti carbonara was the most disappointing I’ve ever had and it is my favourite spaghetti choice. A few pieces of brushy bacon and barely any sauce. Totally bland. I won’t be going back.

   We called specifically to enquire about space for a high chair and pram. The high chair was missing a buckle but a replacement was found. They did not inform us at the time of booking that there was no baby change facility. I had to use the floor in the disabled toilet. 2 out of the 5 mains options were not available. Service was ulinfredibly slow. One waiter told us they didn't have time to poor the wine for us. The food was poorly made, soggy confit duck, dry pork and burnt aubergine. Then the bill was incorrect. The reply: it must be right as the computer won't allow any other way. Tough. Really disappointed. Would avoid if you have children, any time constraints or want nice food. Choose somewhere else.

   Poor service, low quality food, took a very long time to even offer us water. Food was not good. We ended up just doing appetizers because of the quality and poor service.

   Was really nice but the tables were really packed in and because of a couple of larger parties the service was slow

   Lovely service from all staff. Terrine excellent and wine Montepulciano was great Aubergine linguine seemed a bit reheated but overall - v good

   We had an extremely rude waiter who brought drinks and food to the end of our table and asked us to pass them down to everyone. We were a party of six and two of us ordered some starters as mains. These were brought first and when we enquired if the rest of our food was coming we were told no as these were starters. Four of us had to wait over ten minutes for our food while the other two had to eat theirs or it would have gone cold. The waiter rolled his eyes at us when we complained and said we should have told him sooner. He shrugged as he walked away! Eventually a senior staff member took over and was extremely polite and apologetic over our treatment. She ensured the rest of the meal went smoothly and was very attentive. We have eaten here before and not had this experience so it was very upsetting. A nice meal out before seeing the Christmas markets was ruined all because of rudeness and lack of care. The senior member of staff ensured we were well taken care of in the end. Hopefully the waiter is now in a job that doesn’t involve people skills!

   The best place in St. Pancras. A haven away from the hubbub. My go to location. Great food, great staff, great value. I love this place!
