Here at Carluccio's, we’ve always been true to our Italian heritage and what food really means to us. The best ingredients, from the best regions, cooked with love.

We have a sunny south facing terrace, the perfect place for al fresco dining. In the middle of The Heart Shopping Centre, we’re ideal to take a break from shopping to sample some authentic Italian food.

We’re open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday to Sunday. Our menu caters to vegetarians/vegans and those who are following a gluten-free diet.

Booked a table last Friday @7pm for 4 at the Walton branch. No many people in the restaurant as a result the ambience was quiet which was not an issue. Very shortly after we arrived we had the waiter asking us if we were ready to order. Had to turn him away as we had been chatting and hadn’t had time to look at the menu. The waiter appeared to be in a rush to get us to order. The food arrived in good time but was disappointed with a couple of dishes we ordered. The Hamburger was dry and disappointing and the Penne Giardiniera portion size was small such that my husband was hungry after the meal and he had to resort to having some food when he returned home. Disappointed after a night out that wasn’t cheap. Puddings were tasty. After the meal we carried on talking with our friends. Unfortunately @ 10 the lights were brightened giving all the guests a subtle reminder that the staff wanted to go home. The atmosphere became a bit awkward and we decided to leave! Overall a disappointing evening given how much we generally like visiting Carluccio’s.

We were a party of 11. We all had an enjoyable evening. We were in the restaurant for over 3 hours. Not rushed by the staff who were attentive to our requirements. And we all enjoyed the cuisine. Thank you.

Sunday afternoon with our daughters. Like the style of the restaurant. The kids menu is great with larger portions than some.

Had a lovely meal last night. The staff were friendly and very helpful with my dairy intolerance to recommend dishes suitable for me. Very good value for money, the food was so delicious! I've booked to come back in next week!

Chicken was over cooked, chips were cold and bill had a large service charge on it. Overall unimpressed and doubt we will return
