    Our server was Jonathan. He was not extremely polite, but he was very professional. The food was amazing, a couple of us had a petite fillet and it was succulent and very tender. The two only issues I had were the front desk could use a little personality. Nobody cracks a smile or ask you how you’re doing to greet you when you come in the door. The only other issue is the music selection was horrible. There was elevator music and Carmine’s has a reputation of being a great Italian restaurant. I would’ve expected something in a swing jazz or even Italian music.

    Love Carmines and our waitress Goldie!! I flew in from Munich Germany & my husband flew in from our home in Phoenix, AZ to meet with our daughter & family. Wonderful time, the food reminds me of my Italian Nana’s!!

    Our server was excellent and did an amazing job. This only enhanced our overall meal. The food was just as excellent! We’ll be back.

    Would have given a 5 but my husband was brought out the wrong entree & as we waited for the correct one a manager came over and said he was sorry for the delay & could he bring my husband another glass of wine. We thought that was a nice gesture. When we got the bill they had charged us for it:(

    Overall kind of disappointed in Carmines it did not live up to the hype. The service was subpar. It felt like we were more of a hassle than customers in a nice restaurant.

    Food was very good as always! Our waiter Anthony was slow and forgetful. To be fair he had a lot of tables, but the restaurant was not very crowded! We had to wait until our meal was completely done to get bread. then when it was time to pay the check, we waited almost 35 minutes.
