I was so looking forward to this experience, since Sosa’s restaurants have received so much hype. We are new to Indian Wells and trying new places weekly. We had a terrible experience. We were seated and drink orders were taken. No drinks and no service for 30 minutes. I hunted someone down and complained. Drinks arrived and we ordered multiple small plates for the table. After 45 minutes and no food, we left. They comped our round of drinks, which was appropriate. You would think that they could have brought out a couple of small plates to keep us interested, but no. Terrible service. Will not return. Am sorry to not have been able to try the food.

Overall, disappointed by food quality and preparation. Chicken pot pie was a joke, pasta came out lukewarm, burger was way undercooked, and steak frites was chewy. Nice ambiance, but food was subpar.
