Carna by Dario Cecchini, a contemporary steakhouse concept helmed by the legendary Butcher, Dario Cecchini from the village of Panzano in the Chianti region of Tuscany, Italy.
After taking over the family business from his father in 1976, Cecchini found his mission - to protect the art of butchery with the belief that all cuts of meat can be utilized when cooked properly, eliminating waste and promoting sustainability. Carna by Dario Cecchini honours this tradition and offers a glimpse into the society of butchers who provide the letters that form a poetic meal. Located on the 74th floor, Carna by Dario Cecchini features a dedicated bar, private dining area, striking chandeliers and views of the city.

Join us on every Sunday starting from the 26th January for a luxurious roast lunch filled with refined flavors and indulgent dining. 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM. AED 350 per person including one welcome drink. AED 175 for children under 12 years old. Vegetarian options available upon request only.

Good food but I had an issue with the sirloin which was loaded with fat unlike US meat which is usually lean as well as the short rib was very fatty but overall the food was excellent

Gorgeous food (best steak I have ever eaten)! The service was so lovely - seamless and personable (thanks Jennifer). The whole team work smoothly so that you can have anything you want. Really enjoyed and will come back again to enjoy more of the menu.

Old carna was more vibey and made me want to go back for more. Totally switched a more fine dining vibes best suited for business meets

We were there for the restaurant week menu, it was the 3rd restaurant we tried during that week, in my opinion compared to the other restaurant we tried in the same range and higher, it was disappointing that the bottle of water was not included at Carna. Also the other restaurants had a genius idea to prepare a wine card with different wine by the glass, specifically for the set menu during that week, it wasn’t the case at Carna. We had the beef tartare as a starter, the meat was good but needed more seasoning and flavours. The risotto was very good, but the meat that was served with the mac and cheese was too chewy. Desserts however were fantastic especially the vacherin.
