When we first tried to eat here, it was on a Sunday around 11:30 AM and very packed. That’s when we learned it was best to make a reservation. So we made a reservation for the next day, and that worked out better. The wait wasn’t too long, and the hostess was nice enough to offer a table next to the entrance door or wait for the next available table without a breeze. We decided to wait but appreciated the offer. When we sat, the waitress came over with water and introduced herself. I think her name was Nikki. She asked if we knew what we wanted. We explained to her that it was our first time and we were still looking over the overwhelming menu to decide. So she offered to give us more time and she would be back, but no suggestions. After determining what we wanted, we had to flag Nikki down to order. I was trying to decide between the egg Benedict with lobster or the lobster roll. When I asked her for her recommendation, she then informed me that they were out of lobster. She apologized for not mentioning it earlier. She didn’t mention anything else or made any other suggestions. I was purely disappointed and turned completely off from eating here at this point. My daughter ordered the southern chicken sandwich. My husband and I asked for additional time to look over the menu again with no help from the server. Our daughter’s food came out super fast. My drink was delivered as we continued to wait to place our order. I decided on the Greek omelette and my husband ordered the bacon peanut butter pancakes. My daughter asked for a side of ranch to go with her salad and fries, but it never came out. Our food was good, but had to ask for ketchup, jelly for my toast, extra syrup and peanut butter for my husband. The waitress was too busy to check on us and we felt neglected. I was pretty much irritated at the end of our meal and ready to go. The ambiance and food was pretty good. The desserts looked amazing. But the service could definitely use improvement.

The food and service were extraordinary! I had apple pancakes that were fantastic! My companion had blueberry pancakes that she reported were superb! The fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious! It was the perfect ending to a lovely weekend in NYC. I plan on returning on my next visit to NYC!

What a great place to eat before a play. The service was fantastic, and the food was amazing. Was a bit loud, but early afternoon brings out the kids.

This restaurant is exceptionally loud and busy. I am not sure what the draw is. The food was ok. The service was ok (I did cancel a drink because it never came out). It is just so loud with people packed all around. This is a place for tourist.

Pre-theater dinner for 1. Had a reservation, but still ended up waiting a bit. Ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. It was tasty and filling, accented with real curls of cheese.

Fantastic food, wonderful staff. I called to fix my reservation. They were very helpful. We arrived much earlier than I thought we would be. They immediately accommodated us. The service was very friendly and even split the check for us. Loved the experience AND the food!!!

Still had a small wait even with a reservation, but service was efficient. I enjoyed the wide selection on the menu; there's something for everyone. Good selection of creative cocktails as well. Good for a pre-show dinner.
