   30 th birthday party— Walter was excellent waiter— and anticipated our needs for a party of 7. Food was excellent!! And surprise warm cookie topped with ice cream to sing Happy Birthday was a good end to a great dinner.

   Ate an early meal on a Friday night to catch a concert afterward. Host was gracious with our being late for our reservation due to traffic/parking issues (we did call and let them know). Food was good—it was nice to eat in Austin for less than $50/person. We had salads, the chicken schnitzel and enchiladas. (The beet citrus salad was very skimpy on the goat cheese!) Our server was rather aloof and distracted; it was difficult to get his attention for water refills and the check. (Note: validate your parking for half off with valet) A nice meal but we wouldn’t go running back.

   I wasn't overly impressed by the Caroline. Atmosphere is good. Chairs are uncomfortable. Service was above average, but slow.

   The burrata appetizer was delicious! My friend and I split the burger and no complaints. My other friend had the chicken schnitzel and it looked amazing! I had the Paramount Paloma drink and it wasn’t too sweet and had just the right amount of alcohol. I had two and was ready to start the night! Will be coming back for sure.

   Excellent food, waiter wasn’t really that helpful or responsive. Good atmosphere but hard to find bathrooms

   Food was decent. Pricing was reasonable. Overall, just a decent night. Nothing to write home about. Upstairs area looked fun. I would try that space if I go back.

    Food was quite good, inventive tomatoe-y mahi, very nice schnitzel, delicious butter cake. Service was very uneven, long waits for several things. In fairness, it was SXSW, so crowded and maybe a bit short-staffed. Still. Servers were pleasant. Nice vibe, cheerful place. Really between 3 and 4 stars.
