Le personnel enthousiaste et accueillant de même que le menu en constant changement donnent un caractère unique à la table. Les vins servis au verre et le menu de plats à partager en famille vont vous inciter à essayer une variété de plats, tels que le fameux hamburger d'autruche, la burrata maison (une mozzarella divine) et les pains plats de saison. Ate in the bar area which we loved. Met the owners and the bartender, who made us feel like VIPs and old friends. This is a wonderful, caring place with hard-working, skilled and talented people. Come early for the VERY well-priced happy hour and chef’s Wednesday tasting menu. Every morsel of food was well-prepared and delicious. We are definitely going back. Please support this place!

It was an ok visit. Food is good but not great. Very solid. However, food came out not warm enough. Service was great.

Had a great experience here. Took a moment to get seated (maybe short staffed) but was not ignored and you could tell staff was hustling. Had a very nice server who took very good care of us. Appetizers were good, salads as well, and great entrees. Short Ribs were fantastic. Cocktails were very well made! Manager comped a round of drinks as well because of the wait! We will go back for sure!

Love this place but I don’t think they are managing reservations right. Had a 6:30 pm reservation on Saturday. We were seated at 7:15. Waitress then doesn’t come by for 15 mins. At this point we just order entrees. Dinner arrived at 8:30 pm. Two people had order squid ink pasta - one person’s was twice the portion size of the other. Maybe just an off night?

We have dined at Carpe Diem a number of times this year, both for business and family outings. The food, ambiance and service have been fantastic every time. Very consistent for sure. The menu is quite extensive and they also have daily specials so it’s difficult to choose! The Duck a L’Orange is incredible, a fresh take on a classic, very subtle and not overly sweet— just perfect. In fact we haven’t had anything that we wouldn’t order again. Give this restaurant a try and you won’t be disappointed.

Very satisfactory meal, but lacking some finesse for greatness. My squid-ink pasta had burnt bits of who-knows-what in it, which marred an otherwise tasty dish with a generous amount of seafood. My partner’s beef short ribs was better, I especially enjoyed the creaminess of the risotto. Our burrata appetizer was quite good, but the homemade Twix bars with ice cream as dessert was very disappointing (featuring non-crunchy Twix bars). Overall decent value for the price, would come back again for a good meal, but not expecting more
