Carriage House is American classics with intercontinental flair. It’s Cheeseburgers and Pomme Pave. It’s Lobster Chiterra and Spam Confit Croquettes. Nothing is too casual, nothing is too sophisticated, and everything is next level good. See our latest menu here.

Our building was a Carriage House for police horses in the early 1900s. The Chef's Room to the back door is the original footprint, which over time, has been built outwards to the current street and the facade we know now. The first business to occupy the space was, in fact, a bar in the early 1940s.

    The food was only okay and the servers were rushing us to order even though the restaurant was fairly empty. I felt pushed to hurry up and it affected the experience negatively.

    Restaurant has a good vibe, not fancy but not that casual. Our group was seated for over two hours which is quite impressive in NYC. Food was delicious but portions were extremely tiny. Drinks were unique and delicious.

    Jordan’s Father / Son Special Tasting Dinner event was terrific experience - All 6 courses were amazing and I felt like I was at a big family party - Will definitely come back soon to try out the regular menu 🎉🎉🎉

    The restaurant was outrageously loud with a large and medium group of partygoers. Although the food was delicious, it was difficult to enjoy. The first drink order took twenty minutes to arrive, but the second round more prompt. Very nice waiters but they seemed a little overwhelmed.

    Chef Jordan + his team are very hospitable. I felt like they welcomed my family into their “home.” The team from our waiter Ezekiel to the host Cesar checked on us often, and shared stories about the origins of each dish we selected. Jordan delivered the final entrees himself which was a nice treat. Each entree is meant to be an individual dish but my foodie fam decided to eat family style so we could try everything! They released their new menu last night. The sambal chicken was juicy and the flavor profile was on point. They used patis and I was wondering if it would make the dish too salty but they used just enough to lock in and enhance the flavor of the poultry. The brussel sprouts were refreshing as it was served cold and shredded mixed with citruis flavors including slices of tangerines. The branzino was delicious too - I wish I had the whole fish though (that’s the Filipino in me hahah). And the adobo…I’m used to eating chicken adobo so CH’s beef + pork rendition was a nice surprise. The meat was tender, probably slow cooked and the adobo flavor was executed well. Since we were celebrating my Mom’s birthday, CH surprised her with an ube tres leches cake - the perfect sweetness to end the meal. On our way out, host Cesar told Jordan we were heading out and Jordan saw us off at the door. What a wonderful experience! Thank you for making us feel at home CH team!

    An absolutely top-flight experience. Terrific wine selection with supper starting with warm, almost fluffy-like bread served with an incredible flaming butter (even the candle, made from bee’s wax was edible and accented the butter)! We ordered the double-down flight of canapés - the chicken and short-rib ones were our favorite. The corn agnolotti is perfect for sharing. My Adobo, the Filipino national dish, was AMAZING. The rice was immaculate and the short rib was balanced in salt and spice perfectly. The Spicy Lobster dish had juicy lobster and tons of flavor. And make sure to have the cookie dough casserole for desert. The whole service team (thank you Zach!) took amazing care of us. I cannot wait to come back again and try the one “off menu” item! ;) FABULOUS SUPPER!!!
