Specializing in creative American cuisine and thoughtfully crafted cocktails, Carson Kitchen sits in the heart of Las Vegas' downtown dining scene. Carson Kitchen is built on a philosophy of reimagined comfort food prepared with approachable fine-dining ingredients. The restaurant concept originated in 2014, opening in the historic Fremont East district of Downtown Las Vegas, a partnership between chef and restaurateur Cory Harwell and his dear friend, the late Chef Kerry Simon. Designed to bring a carefully curated experience to our country’s unique & vibrant neighborhoods, Carson Kitchen features a contemporary bar, open kitchen expo counter, and community tables in an industrial yet inviting architecture.

    We had a wonderful evening spent with family to celebrate our wedding day. Thank you to the staff for being attentive and welcoming. The food was delicious, the Bacon Jam can’t be beat!

    The food and service was great. We sat at the bar and our bartender was awesome & attentive. We ordered the deviled eggs, killer shrimp, & drinks(old fashioned, wine, sangria). Definitely will be coming back again.

    Plates came out a different times. So part of our group were served and the rest received their food quite a bit later. The restaurant was insanely noisy making conversation very difficult.

    Carson Kitchen is always on the request list when we travel to Vegas!! The food is unique and different for the adventurous diner, yet enough staple items for the conservative taste buds. Highly recommended!!
