   Our service was outstanding! We went here for a date night dinner before a show tonight for our first time. Our server helped us find some great small plates to share and everything was delicious. We'll definitely be back!

   Absolutely wonderful food! Shareable family style is the best! Our server Nicky was fantastic and helped us pick the best dishes! We will be back for sure!

   We had so much fun tonight. Have some food and drinks before heading to a Utes game. Nicky was awesome and made great food recommendations! 10/10 would go again.

   Our first experience at Carson Kitchen was outstanding! We had a huge lazy Susan at our table to help with sharing. The food we’d DELICIOUS! Cocktails tasty! Service was helpful and friendly. All around excellent hospitality!

   AMAZING FOOD, if you're looking to try multiple things in one meal... this is your place. Our waitress was amazing with great recommendations and accommodations for my allergies. I HIGHLY recommend the deviled eggs, they were to die for. For 2 people their recommendations of starting with 4 dishes is perfect and the follow up with their BOURBON BACON ICE CREAM AND BROWNIE, holy moly it was incredible to say.

   This was a new restaurant to myself and my dining partner. The comfort food elevated concept was very interesting and amazingly well done. The servers' recommendations were fantastic and everything delivered to our table was exactly as described on the menu. The fact that the restaurant has artificial sweeteners, but not the pink packets (i.e., saccharin) caused me to not get the iced tea. I don't know why any upscale restaurant would not offer pink packets as an option to guests since it's the only artificial sweetener that effectively and efficiently dissolves into cold beverages. Other than the artificial sweetener issue, everything else was fantastic! I highly recommend this restaurant, and if you like iced tea sweetened with saccharin, I recommend you bring your own Sweet 'n' Low packets with you. There are many appetizers that are absolutely delicious and will have me return to try the ones I could not get to on this visit. On the service side, I was running late because of when the concert ended at Delta Center. I called the restaurant and talked with Bob to let him know I was heading over from Delta Center, but I would be a few minutes later than my scheduled 5:30 pm reservation. Bob assured me that was just fine and we got there at 5:45 pm. We were seated immediately at a table that was ready for us, and had a lovely time. The service is just great at Carson Kitchen!

   Great food, great service and great drinks the baked mac n’ cheese is the best I’ve ever had. The donut bresd pudding is a must!
