The service was great our waiter was very friendly and he was quick to get our food and drinks out. We had the got cheese with garlic bread as a starter and it was amazing. One of us had the 8 oz filet and i had a he filet medallions both were just ok the meat was hard to cut with a knife and usually filets cut like butter so we weren’t very impressed. The dessert made up for it tho the chocolate cake was probably the best cake I’ve ever eaten. We will be back to try other things .

Not much positive about this particular visit. The hostess was not welcoming and very preoccupied with a phone call. We were seated by an active exit door directly under a speaker even though I booked well in advance. The food was okay but not as good as previous visits. Our waiter was okay although we did have a bit of a wait before he took our food order. The entire experience was mediocre at best. To avoid repeating poor table location I will definitely call and request a table away from the door. Not to quote Forrest Gump but with Carson’s you never know what your going to get

Server was friendly, helpful, and informed about the menu. Was always present when needed but not intrusive. Nice variety of options on the menu without being overwhelming. The food was excellent. Food was appropriately hot and cold. We had reservations and I recommend reservations.

Recommended by Jason the bartender at Bourbon on Rye. It did not disappoint!! Food, service and ambience was spot on!!! Can’t wait to return!

Our server Brad was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. He timed our courses appropriately and was very service oriented. The food was amazing. We had the pretzel with beer cheese and I could not stop eating the beer cheese throughout my entire meal! The fillet medallions were also amazing. We will definitely visit again.

Overall our experience was good. Food was delicious. We got to our reservation a bit early so we had to wait, which was totally fine, but there was an empty table right at the entrance so we were joking that we hoped that wasn’t our table, it was so not sure why we had to wait. We were also waiting/looking for our waitress on a couple occasions but it wasn’t horrible just wished she was a bit more attentive.

The fried chicken over garlic mashed potatoes was great and the banana bourbon bread pudding for dessert was the best on the planet!
