M Sushi Cary is Michael Lee's second location dedicated to high-quality seafood. Our menu is small, purposeful, and uses only very special seasonal seafood received directly from Japan, Korea, and the US. The quality of our dishes is a direct result of our dedication to fresh ingredients, and our emphasis placed on maintaining traditional Japanese and Korean Cuisine. We specialize in traditional nigiri and sashimi courses in addition to a once in a lifetime Grand Omakase. M Sushi was ranked in 2022 in OpenTable's top 100 restaurants in American. Also, the only restaurant to make the list from North Carolina.

Course 1 - Mozuko "Noodle", Course 2 - Sashimi, Course 3 - Seafood dumpling & truffle, Course 4 - Nigiri, Course 5 - Panko Scallop, cauliflower, potato puree, shishito peppers, Course 6 - Grilled A5 Wagu, Course 7 - Black Rice ice-cream. Please be advised that this is a set menu so we will not be able to alter any dishes because of dietary restrictions or allergies. Wine & Sake pairing to add on will be available upon arrival. Excellent food, great sushi and maki options, and fantastic service in a cool, modern atmosphere. We’ve been to M Sushi numerous times and they have not disappointed.

By far, the best sushi anywhere I've tried in the area. It is absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious! It is a great place to celebrate a special occasion.

M Sushi was absolutely incredible! The food is outstanding and the service was very impressive. Our waiter was very attentive, but it never felt like he was bothering us during our dining experience. He had great recommendations and the courses came out perfectly. This was probably some of the best sushi I have ever had. I cannot recommend M Sushi enough!

Ordered grande omakase - service was really good in the beginning but started tapering off in the middle of the courses. We sat for almost 20 minutes waiting for our next course but could clearly see our dishes were just waiting in the window. If you’re going to charge $150 per person, the service has to match.

Great experience! Our waitress was phenomenal and experienced. We celebrated my daughter’s bday and the waitress got her ice cream from reading the reservation notes.
