   Went there to celebrate a birthday. Which never got mentioned. I've been to several restaurants and I always add them to the notes of reasons to visit and it always gets taken care of. The service wasn't there we had to keep asking to bring the cuts because even though all 4 people on the table had the green circle the servers kept passing us. Little disappointed with how much you paying.

   I am truly disappointed in the service we received. This is the first time we received poor service. I had a reservation for 6 for three people for a birthday. We were rushed from our table for a larger party. The first thing that took place was our table was cleared while we were still eating. We thought they were just clearing the table so the table would be cleaned for our benefit but that was not the case. Maybe about 20 minutes later we were givin the desert menu and was asked would we like desert. We informed the waiter we were still eating. Maybe about 10 minutes later our bill was placed on the table mind it was my friends birthday and we were still eating and drinking so we thought. Maybe about 5 minutes later we saw the setting up the table near us for a large party and at that point it was clear what was happening. An additional table was being added and they clearly needed our table as well. At that point, we paid the bill and left. I am truly disappointed because I've been here several times and have always received excellent service. My friends birthday was ruined due to us being rushed from our table. It wasn't like we were a walk in I made a reservation to ensure we had time to eat, talk and spend time with the birthday person but that did not happen to ensure another party was accommodated. This was the worse service I have ever experienced here. I am very very disappointed.

   This restaurant always exceeds my expectations. The meat is always fresh, the salad bar is always full, and the service is immaculate. I absolutely love going here.

   Try the full experience, but if you want to settle with a less demanding menu just go for the salad bar. Excellent overall!

    First time eating at this Brazilian steakhouse, and overall experience was good. The service was exceptional, they were attentive to our needs or requests. I put in several requests for fillet mignon and their warm pineapple and was brought out immediately to our table. The 1 item we couldn't get enough of was the warm pineapple, this was like a dessert that melted in your mouth absolutely delicious! Compared to Fogo De Chao, my son though this one was a step up for the meat selection. My only complaint was the noise factor and dress attire. This restaurant is on the smaller side compared to Fogo De Chao where the tables are closer together in the large open dining area. The bar area seemed a little quieter, but you could still hear the overflow in the dining area. They do have a room in the back that is sectioned off that might be a little quieter but didn't look like many people in that area. So, if you are looking for a nice quiet dinner, I wouldn't pick this one to go too. Second, the attire said business casual, this was not the case on Christmas. To my surprise, kids wore lounge pants/PJs and adults were wearing t-shirts and shorts. If the restaurant had reinforced their dress code, I think the overall experience would have been more enjoyable for the price you paid per person!
