   The staff were lovely and friendly, and couldn’t do more to please. We shared the Iberica pork croquettes which were beautifully cooked, crispy on the outside, piping hot and full of pork. We followed with piri piri chicken, pork shoulder, green vegetables, green rice and hispi slaw. The chicken was cooked well, which a nice char on the skin, and a good portion size. The pork was too undercooked for us, but was quickly cooked more on request, and was tasty. I found the green rice a bit too oily for my liking. The hispi slaw was crisp, fresh and had a nice dressing, and a really big portion. We both really enjoyed the almond cake with vanilla ice cream. I initially tried the cheapest house vinho verde, which was meant to have a light spritz. I didn’t find that to be the case, and felt that it could have been slightly more chilled. I then had a glass of a dearer one, which was fine, but again I felt that it could have been chilled more. The house red went well with the pork. I thought it was good value for money and would go back and give it another go.

   So surprised how high the ratings were for this place. The food was below average and very overpriced. They had some really nice plants though

   Really nice restaurant in a great location. Good, authentic food on a small but varied menu with lots of drinks options. Friendly staff. Food portions were more than adequate but lose a star for having cold dining plates at the table. I was also surprised at a hefty 13.5% tip automatically added to the bill - 10% OK, 12.5% maybe - but 13.5% - not really on as, for example, this effectively put our £40 bottle of wine at £45.40 ... £5.40 for bringing it to the table in an ice-bucket and opening the bottle! All in all - a good experience - four adults with a mix of starters and mains to share, with one bottle of wine - £180 - a bit steep for lunch, but as my wife said, "We are in London"

   I have been to the London Bridge branch and had a great experience. I booked this about 1 hour before attending - despite that i would have expected some improvement to the experience. We were waiting about 15 mins until we could order a drink, the service was slow, they forgot an item that we ordered, left finished plates on the table for a long time and never asked us if we wanted dessert. They seemed understaffed and it was a poor experience - I wouldn’t go back.
