Start with a special "Reverse Spherification Flavor Pearl Cocktail Shot", Prosecco and Tuna Tartare for the table. Then journey with Mixologist Bobby Mitchell as we dive into the chemistry and production process of flavor pearls. Step behind the bar and find out in this interactive class where you will learn how to make both fruit and alcohol-based pearls. Guests will enjoy three drinks throughout the class and will receive additional flavor pearls to take home. The first 20 guests will have seats at the bar.
