If you are want an Italian restaurant on the North Shore that is a notch or two higher than others in the area, than this is the place to go.

We love Casa Mia! The menu is wonderful! It has plenty to offer, and then food is exquisitely prepared. The service is warm and friendly and will attend to whatever you need. The restaurant owner is always there to greet you at the door. Bar service is excellent- nice wine list. Sometimes, we’ll go for just a glass of wine, appetizer, and salad. The bruschetta and kale salad are great choices for just that. The menus is well priced with most entrees under $30. Its a small place, with a warm and intimate atmosphere. When full, the noise level is average- the tables are well spaced, so your not dining on top of each other and hearing everyone’s conversations. You can also eat at the bar- that’s really nice, too. It’s located right in Marblehead center near the Warwick movie theatre and the Marblehead Little Theatre. It’s a perfect spot for pre- or post-show dinner or cocktail and nibblies. Easy place to relax and have some really good food and drink.

Fantastic food and charm in Marblehead...Octopus appetizer was outstanding, Eggplant as well. Greta experience, delicious food and amazing value!
