   I usually avoid those “Instagram-famous” restaurants, but I decided to give this one a shot. Unfortunately, it just confirmed why I should trust my instincts. From the moment we arrived, the experience was off. We were just two minutes late for our reservation because staff outside were bizarrely holding people back, claiming they couldn’t let anyone in until others had left because it was “too busy.” That little delay caused us to technically be late, and the hostess handled it in the most unprofessional and rude way possible—zero hospitality, no attempt to help or accommodate, just attitude. We then waited another 30 minutes to be seated. Once we were finally at our table, things didn’t improve. Service was terrible: not once did our waiter check in to see if we wanted more water or ask about another round of drinks. The food arrived at random times, with some people getting their dishes way earlier than others, and certain courses took far too long. And the food? Average. We don’t mind paying premium price for food as long as it lives up to expectations but this was not it. We live between Europe and Miami so we dine out all the time and this was a bad experience overall. Definitely not worth the hype or the price. It’s clear this place is more about aesthetic photos than actual quality. All in all, this place is a clear example of why influencer-driven spots usually don’t deliver. Lesson learned—won’t be returning

   We had a reservation at 830 and waited for an hour before our table was ready, however we were about to get drinks at the bar and the bartenders were amazing. We ended up sitting upstairs at the bar instead of our table because it took so long, but again the bartenders were amazing! The food was great and the views on the water were so nice. Would go back!

   I cannot begin to express how uncomfortable and disappointed we were with the way we were treated by your staff during our recent visit. We had a reservation for 2:00 PM and, upon arrival, chose to sit at the upstairs bar instead of a table, as it felt more lively and inviting at the time. Shortly after settling in, we began to notice that the head bartender—a woman with blond hair and light eyes—kept glancing over at us while speaking with the servers. At first, we dismissed it, assuming it was nothing of concern. However, it soon became noticeably awkward as multiple staff members at the bar began watching us closely, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. We finally asked if everything was okay, and the bartender told us they were transitioning to dinner service and needed to clear the bar, but that she would arrange for us to move downstairs since we had just opened a bottle. While we were trying to understand what was going on, a dark-haired woman—who appeared to be the manager—kept pressing the bartender to have us leave immediately, despite the fact that several tables were still occupied with guests clearly enjoying their meals. The way it was handled felt abrupt, dismissive, and frankly, out of place for an establishment known for its high standards of hospitality and service. We left feeling singled out and unwelcome, which is not something we expected from a place with such a strong reputation. It was truly disappointing, and we hope that no other guests are made to feel the way we did.

   I love the service especially Vivian the bartender. She was amazing and very attentive. She even showed the upstairs. It was a great experience.

   Almost everything was good: food, drinks and general service; however, the only one point was a little bit bad was the fact to be listening constantly from server that table is only available by two hours…it’s a pressure you don’t want to have when you are relaxed sharing sometime with loved ones.

    We had a great time at Casa Neos. The setting/venue is absolutely beautiful at night, and if you can get river side dining, that seemed the best spot. The staff were attentive and super friendly, helping us inside when the weather turned. My wife loved her Dover Sole and we would return without hesitation.
