    I had such a bad experience with my reservation! The place is beautiful, but very unorganized, and the customers created a horrible environment.

    I love casa neos. We had a great time . It was on Sunday for brunch. Overall it was great but the music was loud and the table took a long time almost one hour after to be ready. To apologize for the inconvenience free desert was offered. I would definitely recommend this place. Next time I wish I can be part of the beach club experience.

    Took forever to get the table. Had to wait 40 min standing past our reservation time. Service while eating was not good either. Also, they kicked me out because I was wearing shorts and had a guy literally escort me, very rude.

    booked the table for 10:15 and we got it at 11, 45 minutes late. This is my first time there and I was very disappointed with the service from the manager at the entrance. The food was good and the waiters' service was excellent, but I don't think I'll go back there!

    Our experience was nice besides them telling us we had to leave by a certain time even though the club side where we were sitting was still very empty when we left. And tried to add more apps when we didn’t need that much food. But overall it was a nice lunch
