    We were seated near the terrace on a freezing night, and despite asking four times to close the door, the staff ignored us. For the high prices they charge, the service was severely lacking. It was my girlfriend’s 30th birthday, meant to be special, but it turned into a disappointing experience.

    Worst experience at a restaurant. Was visiting from nyc and our table was near towards the end of the restaurant and felt out of place. We were offered to be placed at another table but waited for almost an hour. In addition, to not receiving our drinks while waiting. Service was poor and did not treat their customers well. Was very disappointed due to our expectations of this place.

    Food and service were excellent!!!! Only improvement- I would ask if they could arrange for better valet access. Busy street and you have to cross it to get to the car and to restaurant. Other than that EXCELLENT!

    Although food was great. Service was horrendous. Waited an hour to be seated. And after complaining? The manager who finally seared us made us feel like haven’t out of his way to find us a table and we should be grateful. Really? Service afterwards continued to be disaster. Took another hour to get our food. Items missing. No apologies by anyone. Will never go back.
