   booked the table for 10:15 and we got it at 11, 45 minutes late. This is my first time there and I was very disappointed with the service from the manager at the entrance. The food was good and the waiters' service was excellent, but I don't think I'll go back there!

   First interaction with the establishment was with valet. It was terrible and the guy was very rude! Happy to say that was the only bad experience here. We were politely greeted upon entering and our server was nothing short of amazing. The food and drinks were phenomenal. The aesthetics were beautiful. Other than valet it was great!

   Casa Neos food was delicious. Service was amazing since entering the restaurant. Everyone was very polite. It's one of my favorite restaurants now

   They need more bartenders. Waiting 1/2 hour for a drink is too long! We got our appetizers before our drinks which order 15 minutes before our apps!

   HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – RUDE MANAGER I wish I could give zero stars. This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We had a reservation at 6:00 PM, but it took over an hour just to get our first round of drinks – one hour and 15 minutes to be exact. The second round of drinks took another hour to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude and pushy the entire time. She kept rushing us to place our food order even though we hadn’t even received our first drinks yet. At one point, she flat-out told us that we needed to vacate the table by 8:00 PM because they had another reservation, even though we had barely been served anything. It was my friend’s birthday, and the whole experience was so uncomfortable. The manager came to our table every five minutes, pressuring us to hurry up and order. When my friend asked to order a plain piece of salmon for her son, the manager denied the request and said we couldn’t order more food because they needed to clear the table. Even after waiting an hour for drinks and experiencing terrible service, we were still denied the basic courtesy of ordering something simple for a child, we ask to have that piece of salmon to go, and the manager still denied our request. To top it off, the manager even had the audacity to say, “You know things are taking forever, so I need to rush your order because we have a time limit.” What a joke! If the kitchen and bar are behind, that’s not the customer’s fault – but apparently, this manager thinks it’s acceptable to take it out on the guests. The manager clearly needs to be retrained because her behavior was unacceptable.
