   Almost everything was good: food, drinks and general service; however, the only one point was a little bit bad was the fact to be listening constantly from server that table is only available by two hours…it’s a pressure you don’t want to have when you are relaxed sharing sometime with loved ones.

   We had a great time at Casa Neos. The setting/venue is absolutely beautiful at night, and if you can get river side dining, that seemed the best spot. The staff were attentive and super friendly, helping us inside when the weather turned. My wife loved her Dover Sole and we would return without hesitation.

   AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Yesi the main Hostess did a GREAT job for my daughter 30th Bday. She was kind, helpful and understanding. She was able to accommodate us in two tables side by side and by the WATER! BEAUTIFUL set up . My waitress did an AMAZING job as well ; Eugenia, Kevin, Mariel treat us very professional given us option on the menu for food and drinks. Definitely you need to check this place out. CASA NEOS is the place to be! Thank you !

   They left us waiting for one hour! No customer appreciation even though it was my birthday, never coming back to this place, manager never showed up

   Ambiance was amazing and we had a great time. However, we were extremely disappointed at the service and overall food shortage. Our main waiter Kevin was attentive and really tried, but the rest of the wait staff were not helpful and had attitudes. The restaurant also ran out of most of the food on the menu by midday. This was my second time coming here after a previous bad wait staff experience and I was hoping for a better experience this time around. Overall, it doesn’t seem that the staff care about their patrons despite spending over $3000 on our girls brunch

   Place is Over Crowded. Cant really enjoy it. Took an hour to get our table with “reservation” Poor management. Very disorganized!!! The Patio is over capacity !!!!

   “My experience was the worst possible. I arrived at the scheduled time and was left waiting. After an hour, they sent me to the second floor where I waited another 30 minutes. Finally, they placed me at a table in the sun, with no protection at all. I thanked them and left.”

   My girls and I received very poor service. The ambience was beautiful but certainly did not match the service received. The quality of the food was also poor. An eggs Benedict is not simply a boiled egg on top of a toasted muffin. Very poor

    The place is beautiful but service was lacking. The food is Ok - nothing phenomenal. Half our order didn’t even make it to the table.
