   Our server Josh was fantastic! The bar cart and other servers were amazing. The service was excellent from the host stand to the table. The food was great and nice to have gluten free options!!

   We had a 7pm reservation and arrived at 6:50. we were told we had to eat inside, which was very disappointing, especially since there was music playing outside and available tables outside. They said this was because they didn’t have enough servers outside. Yet, 10 minutes later, those tables were given to others, so much for the reservation!! As far as the food, my boyfriend ordered the chicken Parmesan because he was told by our server that it was “huge.” It was actually very small as was my dish the shrimp scampi which was mediocre at best. What bothered us the most was that we ordered a $16 glass of Prosecco and the waiter charged us $21. When we questioned it he matter of factly said “oh I gave you the 9oz pour, the menu price is for 6oz pour”. he never told us this when we ordered the drink, he just tried to slide it by us and hope we didn’t notice.Needless to say we will not be returning to Casa Nonna.

   I look forward to Casa Nonna each year! The food and service were amazing. Thank you to the chef for the complentary shrimp appetizer he sent to the table for our anniversary! It’s things like that, that make the Ritz the Ritz! Bravo! We had shrimp scampi and chicken parmigiana with a side of pasta. Delicious! 😋 And do not skip dessert. The chocolate mousse with coffee ice cream oh my goodness!

   Casa Nonna was back in Ritz Carlton Aruba since we were here a year ago after completing some renovation. The outdoor patio is a relaxed place to enjoy dinner. The pasta was again exceptional with the Pasta Pomodoro enjoyed for its simplicity and quality. The Chicken Parmigiana was an overwhelming portion that my wife could barely finish half. Casa Nona has a very good wine list to pair with various courses. Will be back next year when we return to Aruba.

   Our server, Lana , I believe is very attentive and knows all of the items on the menu. Being from NY would never order chicken parm but we did and it was as good if not better than some of what we’ve had at home. Had tiramisu for dessert. Wouldn’t order that again.

   Casa Nonna is a wonderful restaurant at the Ritz Carlton. Once again we had a lovely bottle of wine and a superb dinner! My husband had the charcuterie as his main, and I couldn’t resist their Chicken Parmigiana which is heavenly! Our server was excellent and very attentive. My only complaint was that we hadn’t finished our salads and cocktails when our main course was delivered. I know it was Saturday night but in the future I’ll try to remember to ask for a small delay prior to the main.

   Ria was awesome in her service delivery , she was accommodating and made us feel relaxed and at home , we were greeted by name and were welcomed back … the food was amazing !!

    A very lovely Italian restaurant at Ritz Carlton Aruba. Great service, and the food was great. A wonderful option to eat while staying at this lovely resort.
