We offer a house baked bread basket to accompany our authentic Italian menu in a relaxed atmosphere with a well appointed bar. We have the best patio with a fireplace in Birmingham called “Piazza”

We are open Tuesday-Friday from 4 pm to 5 pm for Happy Hour. Only the Happy Hour menu will be available during that hour.

    While they try to keep the tented outdoor space warm, we were cold at our table. Definitely a negative experience.

    Perfect in every way. Zucchini soup amazing as was the beet salad. The lamb ragu pasta so flavorful, bread basket is delicious. My husband had the veal parm and was thrilled. Can’t say enough good things about Casa Pernoi!!!

    The signature Don’t Speak cocktail was good. Chianti was very nice. Break basket always wonderful. Oysters were too small. Roasted beet salad was good. Roasted cabbage and lentils entree was outstanding. Chocolate hazelnut torte was very good. Service was outstanding. Christmas tree and roaring fire made it all so cozy.

    I had a table for 7 to celebrate. Birthdays We were crowded into a small room with a larger group and 4 smaller tables. The waitress could barely squeeze between the tables and one of my guests was in the travel path. The noise level was excruciating. This was a reservation on a Wednesday night at 6pm . I expected a quiet atmosphere so that we could visit. Even though this is supposed to be a fine dining restaurant, the atmosphere was more like a bar and grill. The entire evening was ruined and I was extremely disappointed in the experience.
