Benvenuti! Casa Santo Stefano is a Sicilian restaurant from the Gonzmart family, owners of the 1905 Family Of Restaurants. The lunch and dinner menus feature maccheroni (pasta), steaks, seafood, scacciata, salads, soups, desserts and hundreds of Sicilian wines. Curbside takeout is available by calling the main phone number. The rooftop Santo's Drinkeria also is open.

Housed in a beautifully re-imagined former 1925 Ybor City macaroni factory, the restaurant is a look back to Sunday suppers, simpler times and shared stories.

Dress code: Casa Santo Stefano often is visited for celebrations and special occasion meals, so it is common for our guests to sport formal wear in the dining room. We welcome everyone, but politely ask that men wear sleeves at Casa Santo Stefano.

Drew was our waiter, fantastic service! Lisa came to the table to make sure we were happy, and Vincent and others came by to offer service if we needed it. This was a wonderful evening to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday. Sea bass was so flavorful, perfectly prepared. I usually dony like the skin of a fish dish, but the flavor was so delcious, slightly grilled and perfectly seasoned, so I didn't discriminate. The broccolini was delicious with truffle oil and salt and pepper seasonings. My friend loved her Chicken Marsala, and my dad really enjoyed his pork chops. We all went crazy over Caeser salads and especially the Arencini appetizer. The bread is so flavorful and fresh. Outstanding attention to an excellent customer experience. We truly felt like VIPs. Amazing! Thank you so much!

Overall it was a great experience. Oddly and not normal for this restaurant, the food was very salty across the table.

Server was super friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. Drinks were not overpriced.

Daniel was very present and passionate about the food. The two of us split a small pizza, stuffed ravioli and a steak that all paired really well.

My friends and I had a great time! The food was excellent. We loved the hot honey pizza. The drinks were good and the restaurant was so pretty inside.

Nice atmosphere and food was good but no wow factor. Lasagne was served barely warm and our server was MIA most of the night. Literally horrible and it made our overall experience sub par. He was just oblivious and i literally had to go to the bar and the hostess stand more than once to find out where he was. So, not sure i would return.

As usual the waitstaff was welcoming and helpful with the menu and the service. And, of course, the food was delicious. A very enjoyable evening.
