Benvenuti! Casa Santo Stefano is a Sicilian restaurant from the Gonzmart family, owners of the 1905 Family Of Restaurants. The lunch and dinner menus feature maccheroni (pasta), steaks, seafood, scacciata, salads, soups, desserts and hundreds of Sicilian wines. Curbside takeout is available by calling the main phone number. The rooftop Santo's Drinkeria also is open.

Housed in a beautifully re-imagined former 1925 Ybor City macaroni factory, the restaurant is a look back to Sunday suppers, simpler times and shared stories.

Dress code: Casa Santo Stefano often is visited for celebrations and special occasion meals, so it is common for our guests to sport formal wear in the dining room. We welcome everyone, but politely ask that men wear sleeves at Casa Santo Stefano.

Josh the server was super nice and polite! Food it’s always delicious and nice presentation! Only concern is that in my last 2 visits in the last week the floor in the restaurant was very slippery. Cesar salad are a MUST in here!

The food is always fantastic, our waiter was terrific and anticipated things as we needed them. The restaurant was crowded, but everyone was taken care of. What more can you ask for? We really love this restaurant

Fantastic bday celebration at Casa Santo . 2nd visit did not disappoint. Carlos was on point and attentive to all our needs . Pleasant / accommodating and did not make us feel rushed at all. Side note the floor is a bit slippery for elderly patrons with a cane . Looking forward to next visit

Reservations for 7:30, but waited 30 minutes to be seated. It was Valentine's Day weekend and was busy, so I guess that is to be expected. Food was fantastic! Server was even better!

This was our first time here, and let me tell you everything from the food to the service was top notch. Every member of the staff that we encountered were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!!

Had a wonderful dinner. The veal chop and grouper were perfect. The tiramisu was perfection. And Kayleigh was a great server. We will be back.

Mycwife and i always order the same thing ... Caesar salad with chicken and the meatball appetizer. We're not into big heavy pasta dishes.

This by far one of my favorite Italian restaurants in the Tampa Bay Area. I’m thankful for their food & service. Amber was our server & she was very attentive, knowledgeable & polite. The food was excellent, as being a vegetarian they were able to accommodate very well. Our only wish was due to us removing meat from our bruschetta board we wished they’d added more cheeses. However, food was delicious. We will be recommending to others & for sure going back. Thank you!

I tried to enjoy Galentine with my daughter tonight but had the most horrible experience by the staff! I have only had nice things to say about this place but will never ever return or recommend! I live in Italy part of the year and the food here is as good as I have had in Italy but the staff and treatment received is inexcusable. Even when the “manager” took over he left us for 30 minutes after we had eaten with no explanation….we were told “he left” From eye rolling from the first waiter when after 40 minutes after being seated and asking for an for appetizer we were told you have to wait. The manager took over at that point because I asked the waiter not serve us, but at end of the meal we again were left sitting and had to go get boxes for food from the bar and ask for the check after yet another 30 minutes after we finished our meal! This is disrespectful to my hard earned money and me as a patron. Never to return and never to recommend ever again ! And yes I paid over $100 for the meal and tipped! 😡
