Cascade Café is the new offering from Cascade, The Restaurant at Durham Springs. Please make reservations on this listing for Cascade Cafe. Our cafe offers a lighter fare, served in a more relaxed setting. Come sit on the upper level or on the deck above the restaurant and enjoy the spectacular views of 33 acres of verdant hills and the series of ponds that make us Durham Springs. The cafe offers seating inside and out. We will make every attempt to accommodate specific requests, but requests are not guaranteed.
To make a reservation for the main dining room please look up Cascade at Durham Springs.
It feels like you are “in the country” but you are only minutes away.
15 to 20 minutes – Easton, Saucon Valley, & Frenchtown;

An old favorite spot of ours was totally redone and they did a beautiful job. The setting is just beautifup!The food was very good and service was good.

We sat on the terrace on a hot evening. It's a beautiful location and the restaurant décor is very lovely indeed. It was a nice touch to have both menus to choose from, and our party mixed and matched items from both. Our British waitress was attentive and excellent. It does indeed get pricey pretty quickly, but the quality of our appetizers and dinners was excellent. Only clean plates went back to the kitchen from our party. Being welcomed and greeted by the owners is a plus, they are charming. We will return.

Lovely brunch in beautiful location. Only a 30 minute drive through the farm lands of the valley. Perfect after church Sunday drive! Friendly service staff. The Sangria was the best.

Food menu was nice. Some unusual items you don't see elsewhere, however the cooking of the food was sub- par. Duck was tough and the $13 fried oyster appetizer was very tiny. Definitely not worth the $13. It was literally 3 and half oysters. House wine was ABSOLUTELY ridiculously overpriced at $14 a glass!!! That was the HOUSE Chardonnay! A top shelf martini was $13. A little high, but cheaper than house wine? Who sets these prices? Ambiance and service were both excellent. Change the chef and we'll likely be back!

Wonderful! I used to go here as a child with my family on vacations. I hadn’t been here in 50 years! The new owners have done a terrific job improving and updating the property while preserving the charm and beautiful property. Hats off to them! We will be back for their terrific food! Mark Charyn

My husband and I went for our anniversary dinner and it was the perfect evening! The grounds were beautiful, very serene and peaceful. The food was outstanding and our server Sarah was knowledgeable about the food and appropriately attentive. We ate in the Cafe area, but ordered off the menu from the main dining room (a bit more expensive). I had the Maine lobster appetizer which was AMAZING, full of big chunks of tasty lobster and no “fillers”. I had the coho salmon main course which was equally as tasty, though the sauce (on the plate, not on the fish) was a little sweet for my taste, but I easily cleaned the plate. My husband had the raw oyster appetizer and the seared beef for the main course and raved about the tenderness of the meat. Afterwards we strolled around the grounds a bit as the weather was warm enough to make you want to linger. It’s well worth the drive down 611!

Durham Springs (and the Cascade Cafe) is a gorgeous location with incredible food. The staff is top notch and the experience is sure to be memorable. Definitely recommend!
