We are excited to welcome you to the Cascade Dining Room at Skamania Lodge. Our tables are spaced, menus are fresh, and views - spectacular as always. Dining is truly a delectable experience with breathtaking views of the Columbia River. The Cascade Dining Room features a tantalizing selection of authentic Pacific Northwest flavors like fresh caught Steelhead and high quality, locally sourced Prime Rib.

Due to WA State regulations and limited capacity, reservations for sit-down table service Friday & Saturday evenings from 5pm-10pm are available for overnight hotel guests only.

Take out service is also available for hotel guests and day guests. Call 509-427-2527 when you are onsite to place your order, or dial ext. 4000 from any in-house phone.

*Please note that per Washington State regulations, all parties of 5 or more will be seated at separate tables.

The food was absolutely delicious! I would go again for the food, maybe a to go order. I didn’t care for the hostess, she was pretty rude, it also seemed like you didn’t get taken care of unless you were white and a regular.

Delicious food and good service. If you’re staying at the lodge (or in the nearby cabins), it’s an easy option for evening dining. Definitely recommend to make a reservation ahead of time!

We came in for drinks and dessert. My husband had the pear turnover and I had the Kumquat frozen dessert. Both were delicious and a good size. Our server, Warren was friendly and helped us to pick a good dessert. Definitely recommend eating here!

We arrived about 15 mins early to our dinner reservation, there was a little shuffle with a group in front of us that had been forgotten so we were seated about 5-10 minutes late. We then placed our orders as normal. After getting through appetizers we noticed our food was taking a while to come out but our waitress hadn’t stop by so we could ask, turns out there was a “confusion in the back and our ticket wasn’t seen”. At this point we were pretty annoyed but planned to continue to have a good night. It took our food from that point another hour and 7 minutes to make it out from the time we completed our appetizers. During this hour long wait, our waitress did not stop by and was actively avoiding us. When we finally got her attention. We ordered one drink and she forgot about it as well. Just a terrible overall experience.

The food was good, not amazing (though we expected amazing). Dessert options were a little light. Area around the buffet islands was quite tight. Carving station staff was not professional and plates need to be provided at the carving station. Crab was awesome. Service was great. Surcharge was a surprise! Overall very good experience but uneven.

Great place for Christmas dinner. We will definitely come back next year. Such a good variety of foods for everyone in our party.

Our food was wonderful, and the service from waiter Warren outstanding. We made sure to sit in his section the next day.

My wife and I were there for our anniversary weekend and chose to eat inside the restaurant for dinner. We were NOT disappointed. Our server Mary Sue was fantastic. She was very busy but she always made sure we had everything we needed. The cocktails were great, the Seafood Risotto was fantastic…. But the best part of dinner was the Brussel Sprouts. I DO NOT like those and this places Sprouts were absolutely amazing. Thank you everyone for a great experience

It was the absolute worst. I've been to the Brunch several times in the past and it was great. On this trip walked in, at the buffet there was virtually NO food. A container of scrambled eggs, a few potatoes, bacon. A handful of muffins, no fresh fruit or cut fruit, a few chibano (maybe 6) yogurt containers out. NOTHING else. When asked we were told "there will be more" ummm you don't wait until the buffet is empty to start thinking about restocking it. We also waited almost 10 minutes after being seated before someone even brought us water and said "I'll be right with you to order". I'm NOT spending what that buffet costs for some scrambled eggs and prepackaged yogurt. Lastly the menu we were given didn't match the online menu, no omelets, very limited choices. And the wait staff was extremely surly. We left and went to Big River Grill where we got as usual great, friendly and prompt service and amazing food.
