   Afternoon tea was lovely. Sandwich fillings were tasty and cakes and scones very fresh. Was a brilliant gift to use and would do the same for my family and friends. Staff were respectful and not intrusive while we were eating. Highly recommend

   Fantastic afternoon. Great service with pleasant staff who were very attentive. The afternoon tea was brilliant with a great selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes. Plenty of cups of tea too. Definitely going back. Best Afternoon Tea we have e perienced.

   Went for the buffet lunch there was nothing there I said to staff he said he go and top it up I sat down seen him bringing stuff out I waited to see what else was coming when I went up there was hardly anything there will not be going back then had to pay parking fee for my car in the hotel me and my husband went else were for lunch we were not happy at all

   The experience and the service was fantastic. The sandwich selection was a bit poor compared to other afternoon teas that I have tried within the Glasgow area.

   Bought for family 8 of us as Xmas gift lovely food and ambience would Definetly go again. Staff very polite and helpful .

   We booked this as we had it a few years ago and it was great, however it’s went really down hill. the food selection was so poor, 3 sandwich choice, sausage roll, and a quiche. We were told they would bring round tea and coffee, we waiting for 25 mins and then asked someone who worked there who said “she thinks they bring them round” we were told by the table next to us there was a coffee machine for lattes etc so we just went up there and we were almost leaving by the time someone offers us tea or coffee. as I said we loved this in the past but we won’t be back after today.

   We had the afternoon tea with prosecco and it was delicious, plenty of choice Would recommend it
