The restaurant’s name is a combination of both partners last names; Luca Cassani and Antonio Pariano, both born and raised in Northern Italy. After years working together in the restaurant business both Luca & Antonio made the decision to venture out on their own and open Cassariano Italian Eatery.

Driven by their strong passion for food and a deep love for their profession, these partners prepare authentic contemporary Italian cuisine while cultivating a casual, relaxed atmosphere for their patrons.

Nice local place to go. Great attention by the wine connoisseur; offers a very detailed explanation of the various wines offered. Food is good (not exceptional) but good nonetheless. We’ve been there several times; recommend for a nice meal. The entertainment tonight was excellent.

Everything was superb as usual. I am Celiac and I kind of stick to my favorite dishes but this time I went with a recommendation from the staff and had the “pappardelle in salsa di funghie salsiccia” prepared gluten free. It’s my new favorite dish. The chef here is very accommodating with making options gluten free. A lot of new restaurants popping up in the Lakewood Ranch area but by far this is still my favorite.

Our meals were served promptly and with such a lovely presentation! Large portions of fresh, quality delicious food! The only drawback is the noise level. I would highly recommend!

Dinner was delicious there was 3 of us so Started with the sautéed shrimps Then beet salad Then entrees were the bolognese and the pasta ravioli special and eggplant parmigiana with a side salad - with a bottle of Chianti🍷

Authentic and fabulous with amazing atmosphere and service! How people go to bar Italia instead of here is beyond my comprehension. Please, come and give this magnificent place a try. You will not be disappointed by the quality of the food the service, the drinks and the wine list.

Always so good with Andrew as your server. The veal scallopini was an incredible dish. Pacini mushrooms were so good. Chicken mayonnaise was also had with incredible raves.
