Unfortunately not a good experience... Arrived on time for our 8:30 reservation, seated at 8:45, ordered everything in one shot, food arrived after 10pm...the place was busy, but visibly, obviously less than usual...food arrived stale, obviously had been under a heat lamp for a long time or microwaved...wasn't edible, had to send it back, dinner and night ruined

The Odyssey is 5 minutes from our house, This year for our wedding anniversary we decided to try the Castaways and SURE GLAD WE DID. Very little traffic we arrived 35 minutes early and they asked if we wanted to be seated early? I said sure, we were given a outside table for 2 heater already on as the temp would be dropping, and a perfect view. Wyatt our server arrived within a few minutes introduced himself and was PERFECT in everyway throughout our stay. If I had to say something re the atmoshere.. the music was really loud at first a couple near us made the comment "Are they entertaining pit cobra's" for the middle eastern type of music, (On Thanksgiving??) lucky for ALL a within 10 minutes later the music was lowered. I'm sure the music was aimed at a younger crowd that bailed on their family dinner for a night out. All in all our evening was great and well worth 6K stars.

Came here for thanksgiving and my birthday combo! Had a lovely time and they even allowed me to bring my small dog! Was a great experience! Plus the view is gorgeous! Food amazing. Jason, is perfect ! Thank you

The food selection was lacking. The food that arrived was undercooked, bland and served not on a plate! The waiter was rude and actually joked about me wanting my food plated. He would get inappropriately close while refilling water. We sat basically in a high traffic doorway, and the music was way too loud, we could barely talk to eat other. If you want to a drink sure it would be good for that, but not to eat. We left as soon as we could. Disappointed.

I took my son to their Thanksgiving brunch. The child’s cost was $35. When we were handed the bill, they had charged my child as an adult ($98). I told the server they I had pointed out when we sat down that he was a child. She said she would see what she could do. She returned and told us that she would reduce the charge to $63. Not wanting to make a scene at Thanksgiving, I paid. Overcharging is not something I usually associate with a supposedly “nice” restaurant. I’m done with Castaway.

My mother-in-law and sister-in-law and hubby all went up to the Castaways today for their Thanksgiving brunch. What a wonderful day it was! The ambience was impeccable… Mainly due to the perfect weather and the beautiful sunset! The food was abundant and delicious… Four courses included in this meal and we had to take about half of it home with us! The drinks were flowing and we had such a wonderful time! Definitely consider going up there for the holidays!
