Castaways is a new restaurant located in the heart of downtown Port Jefferson. We are from the same restaurant group that brought you Chops and Drift 82. We will offer some of our most popular dishes from the two restaurants as well as our own new menu items. Our food is tropical, Caribbean and South Pacific inspired to go along with our amazing Tiki - Bar. We look forward to having you!

    Fantastic dining experience. The staff was attentive, the food was excellent prices are a bit high, but that is what you get these days. Great value highly recommend

    The food and drinks were delicious! The espresso martini’s were excellent! We had a lovely waitress and had our dinner by the fireplace. Perfect for a chilly winter evening. We will definitely be returning!

    People were very friendly and the food was good but I expected more from this newly-updated venue from an ambience perspective. The turquoise theme felt more like a kids playroom rather than the nautical theme that they seemed to be going for. And given the high prices, the value seemed overstated.

    Thank you for a pleasant and cheerful luncheon. Great Food and Great People. The decor is perfect for this time of year - very festive.

    Extra touches / attention for our anniversary was much appreciated. Food and Service was great. Can't wait to go back!

    Our first time here … went for restaurant week, but we ordered off the regular menu. Seafood bisque was amazing as well as the steak and lobster sandwich !!

    The food was excellent. Prices were high- ala cart- think high end steak house. Had to ask for bread and the water to be refilled a few times. Ambiance does not align with the food quality and prices but overall was very satisfied with the food!
