Chez The Castle View Restaurant, les meilleurs ingrédients traditionnels sont âpretés le plus simplement possible, de façon à ce que la qualité des produits et les vues magnifiques sur les douves du château, parlent pour eux-mêmes. Le menu de saison utilise la meilleure viande locale, y compris le boeuf anglais Longhorn, élevé dans la campagne locale environnante. The Broomfield Road entrance from the A20 is for Evening Dining Only. Located just off Junction 8 of the M20 and only one hour’s drive from London. Free parking is available.

By Train Southeastern runs frequent train services to and from Bearsted Station. Taxis are also occasionally available. However, if you are bringing a bicycle on the train, or fancy a three mile walk, you may prefer to use Hollingbourne Station which is closer.

We ate at the castle restaurant.. although I am not completely disappointed by my visit, it is not what I expected. We went in the evening and was expecting a great view of the castle at night time, however the castle could hardly be seen due to the lack of lighting. So the pictures online are somewhat misleading. The restaurant itself has a canteen kind of feel, and has little atmosphere. However the food was lovely, and we enjoyed the meal itself!

The food was great. The view of the castle was superb. The service was exceptional, and the waitress was pleasantly engaging.

All the dishes were delicious and stylish, and I really enjoyed myself. The staff were very attentive, making the experience pleasant and comfortable. This is a restaurant I would definitely like to visit again. The breakfast was also incredibly tasty.

Very friendly staff and service was quick, enjoyed the summer pasta and pavlova. Lovely interior and was well worth the overnight stay for a good breakfast as well.

Great dinner with nice food (I would call it elevated British cuisine) with a lovely outlook over Leeds Castle.

Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Food was delicious and served quickly. The bar is not very well stocked with spirits - only 1 gin that isn’t flavoured. Unfortunately it’s a bit canteen like atmosphere but it’s difficult as you have to walk through the main restaurant which is a big converted barn so can’t really change the ambience.

Lovely place, great location and view, staff. Food was a bit bland for me but my daughter enjoyed it. They also sell Kentish wine - soo good!!

Amazing food beautfully presented, lovely location overlooking the castle, friendly attentive staff. Our only negative would be that as we booked "dinner, bed & breakfast" (which wasn't cheap!) we didn't expect that 2/3rds of the items on the menu then had a further supplement. Charge more upfront if necessary so your guests don't feel cheated!
